Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 Days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective, faulty or damaged. Contact Us with images of the faulty product and your order tracking number. If we accept your request after inspection, we will advise you with what to do next. We reserve the right to reject claims due to general wear and tear as the customer cannot prove the product is faulty after an extended period of use.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
